Minneapolis Homeowners Shouldn’t Defend Themselves
According to this police chief, in Minneapolis it’s naive for homeowners to think they have a right to protect themselves. After all, only police should have guns. The public is too stupid, too untrained, too inexperienced, too naive to think they can protect themselves.
Hat tip to Chris Apgar for spotting this arrogant idiocy.
More Gun Violence in Chicago
There was more gun violence in Chicago this past holiday weekend. Can the anti-gunners explain why a city with such strict gun control laws in a state with such strict gun control laws continues to experience such a high volume of gun-related crime?
I can.
GUN LAWS DON’T WORK
College Student Shoots Home Invaders and Saves Lives
{Hat tip to Herm}
This week, in College Park Georgia, a brave young man was able to protect himself and his friends against two armed and masked home invaders by using a firearm to shoot and and kill one of the suspects and scare off the other one.
A group of students were having a birthday party when two thugs burst through the patio door with guns, obviously intent on murdering and raping. One of the students grabbed a gun out of a backpack and shot at both intruders, mortally wounding one of them and no doubt saving his friends from death and/ or rape.
Full story and video report here.
Guess who is not allowed by law to possess firearms:
The following persons are not allowed by Georgia Law to keep, own, bear, wear, and/or carry firearms; any person convicted of a felony offense, Any person who has previously been convicted of or who has previously entered a guilty plea to the offense of murder, armed robbery, kidnapping, rape, aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, or any felony involving the use or possession of a firearm and who shall have on or within arm’s reach of his or her person a firearm during the commission of, or the attempt to commit:
1. Any crime against or involving the person of another;
2. The unlawful entry into a building or vehicle;
3. A theft from a building or theft of a vehicle;
4. Any crime involving the possession, manufacture, delivery, distribution, dispensing, administering, selling, or possession with intent to distribute any controlled substance
5. Any crime involving the trafficking of cocaine, marijuana, or illegal drugs
Wonder if either of the two thugs had ever been guilty of any of the above? Yeah…I thought the same thing.
Carrying a pistol without a license: You must have a license to carry a handgun, openly or concealed, outside of your own home, place of business, and motor vehicle. If you are carrying a handgun to or from your home or place of business and cross over any property not owned by you, then you would be in violation of carry a pistol without a license if you did not have a license.
Think either of these thugs had a license to carry? Neither do I.
Thanks to the College student, the only dead guy is one who deserved it.
Now watch the media go after the college kid and demonize him and turn the thug into the victim.
